General information on the use of personal data
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing personal data, which entered into force in May 2016 and is applicable nationally from May 25, 2018. We only process personal data whose processing is justified based on the customer relationship, contracts, use of the website, legal obligations or the person's consent.
What information do we collect and store?
Our website uses various forms, such as a contact form and a request for quotation form. Personal data collected through the forms is always based on the consent of the data subject (use of the forms is voluntary).
We collect the following personal data through forms:

- Telephone number
- Information about the customer's vehicle (make, model, year)
We retain personal data collected through forms for as long as is necessary for the customer relationship and service provision.
In addition, we collect the following anonymized personal data with the help of analytics tools:- Website usage and browsing information
- Identification of the device used
We collect this information to improve our marketing. We retain anonymized personal data collected through analytics for 26 months. Anonymized data cannot be linked to any specific person.
Data subject rights
The data subject has the right to request the controller to delete personal data concerning the data subject. The controller is obliged to delete personal data concerning the data subject if the data subject wishes to withdraw their consent or if the personal data in question is no longer needed to manage the service or customer relationship. The controller is not required to delete personal data from the register if the law requires the retention of personal data.
Processing and protection of personal data
Only the controller's personnel and subcontractors have access to the identified personal data. The controller ensures that persons who have the right to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are subject to an appropriate statutory confidentiality obligation.
Personal data is stored in digital form in a location protected from data breaches. Anonymized personal data may be disclosed to third parties, such as analytics partners. We do not disclose identified personal data to third parties, except in special cases where the law requires disclosure to authorities.
